Eunices Mango Salsa

EUNICE’S MANGO SALSA

1 Mango – peeled and chopped

1 T cilantro - minced

3 T onion - minced

½ yellow bell pepper - chopped

½ red bell pepper - chopped

1 Jalapeno pepper - chopped

1 T Olive oil

Juice of 1 lime (large)

Pinch salt

Mix together and chill in fridge for at least three hours before serving!
