Our Barley wine is amber colored very strong and heavy with a fruity and malty flavors and a strong citrus hop aftertaste and bitterness from the American hops. This recipe is in the American style balancing all highly intense flavors into a very drinkable big beer. As in most beers that are this big some aging is recommended to let the flavor merge.
