Barokleen 1 lb

New barrels need to be treated in the following way. Fill barrel with a solution of BAROKLEEN mixed one pound to 5 gallons of water and leave for at least 48 hours. Drain and flush thoroughly. Mix 8 oz of sodium metabisulphite and one oz of citric acid in one gallon of warm water. Rinse the barrel with this mixture then drain and rinse well.
