Return Policy
Returns:
- Heatrshomebrew.com Inc. will replace or accept the return of any item purchased from our site or store. (return shipping cost at customer expense)
- Products that are covered by a manufacture's guarantees (we will facilitate the replacement through them). This could apply for special order and/or drop-shipped products as well.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Items that are damaged from misuse or abuse.
- Items that have been used.
- Perishable items that have degraded since purchase.
- Items that have been purchased over 30 day prior to return.
