At first we added recipes to our catalog to share our favorites with our customers. Many of you asked to order the ingredients you would need to make the beer. It is now easier than ever to choose the Beer Style you like. We've excluded ingredients that you're likely to have on hand or will want to buy fresh.

The quality and choices of dry yeast sachets/packets has improved greatly.
So, we have chosen to create a category that replaces the liquid yeast in
our recipes with dry yeast. The yeast is the only change in our recipes.
We believe that it will make an equal quality product, or even improve it.
This will also make them a little less costly and they will be more sustainable
when shipped.
