About the Kit
This golden California IPA is hop-forward with the slightest notes of caramel and biscuit. Amarillo® and Azacca hops combine to create a complex and juicy hop profile with tropical and citrus flavors of orange, grapefruit, mango, and papaya, with a moderate bitterness level.

Food Pairings
Best served in an IPA glass at around 45°F (7°C), this bold and hoppy beer pairs well with Fajitas, sushi, buffalo wings, chips and salsa, salads with mixed greens and citrus, and flavorful cheeses such as aged Cheddar or Gorgonzola.
