Used to increase pH of Wine. Will lower total acid 0.1% by adding 3.4 grams per gallon. Food grade. Also used to make natural fungicide spray. for 1 gallon, mix 1- tablespoon potassium carbonate with 1- tablespoon hoticultural oil with one gallon of water, mix and spray lightly on affected foliage.
