About the Kit
This West Coast Red Ale is a serious malt bomb with a healthy dose of hops. Crystal and chocolate malts provide a rich, sweet, and slightly toasty profile with hints of caramel, toffee, and chocolate, backed up by citrus and resin notes from Centennial hops.
Food Pairings
Best served in a Nonic pint at 45°F (7°C), this beer pairs well with Chili, chicken Caesar salads, charcuterie boards, dense chocolate desserts, and Gouda or Asiago.
