We love to make pizza at home and after 25 years of making it we have never found a flour that works as well as this one, delicate crisp crust, amazing flavor, so we thought we would share it with our customers. In Italy, flour is classified as Integrale, Type 2, 1, 0 and 00 depending on how finely ground the flour is, and how much of bran and germ are present. Double zero, (indicated as “00”) is the most refined and softest of flours. Polselli Tipo 00 Flour yields a crust that is sure to please. Also makes great pasta and focaccia.
