Warrior Hops are the ultimate bittering hop. Very high on alpha and beta acids with a low aroma profile. It is as close as you can get to a clean bittering hop. Mostly used in American style pale ales, Warrior Hops are quickly becoming a favorite hop of craft brewers, and the more risky commercial beers. If you use Warrior Hops for aroma or dry hopping expect a light citrus with pine flavors, but we would not recommend using them in this way. Warrior Hops are for bittering, and stand toe to toe with other bittering hops.
