This is the first batch of beer I have brewed from this company. I have been brewing for about 12 years and this was a step up from brew demon or mr beer in complexity. I was able to speak personally with the owner and he explained perfectly what to do and it came out great. I probably could have done with a mash cooker to separate the grains from the grain water but I figured out how to do it with strainers and cheese cloth. I probably could have let it condition another week because the beer I had tonight was even better than three days ago. If you live in the Orlando area support this guys. They have been there forever and prepare your order the same day. The grains had just been ground and the advice was spot on.
