I have bought four of these valves and thus far they work pretty well. This review is more for Hearts Home Brew than the valve itself. After buying the first valve, my only real complaint was that the included pressure gauge had such a broad range, up to 200psi. For my application, the max pressures I intend to work with are between 5-15psi and it made it difficult to dial that in with the included gauge, so I asked if there was any option for a low-pressure gauge before buying the rest. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they were willing to look at a low pressure gauge and even sent me a free extra gauge to replace the one on my original purchase! I now see they have that option on their web site, so they clearly listen to their customers.
